Step back into the culinary experiences of the alafranga and alaturca, and experience the flavors from the western to the eastern regions of the Mediterranean, espousing the traditional and the Modern.

Mezes

Made of sheep’s milk ezine cheese, roasted ground pistachio spread with extra virgin olive oil and oregano, this meze is perfect by itself or paired with a drink such as raki.

Savories

Moussaka is a baked casserole made with minced lamb, beef, eggplant, onion, zucchini, red bell peppers, tomatoes, topped with Kasar cheese, and served with rice pilaf.

Ahh! Alexander, the most sought-after Turkish dish is made of slices of layered ground lamb and beef, served over cubes of pita in a bed of tomato sauce and yogurt, topped with sizzling butter.
